| 9/25/09 We are closed for the season! My apologies to the last few ships. We ran out of everything! Thanks locals for your support and for all of the referrals from crew and previous guests! Look for a new batch of Bisque this winter for online sales. If you want a stickers off the box, just ask my staff! P.S Weather still holding! YEAH! 7/15/09 Wow! Where has the summer gone? We are at the half-way mark and we have had more sun this summer than my first three years combined! This is how people in warm places live! ha... THANK YOU Cruise Critic folks, bloggers, Trip Advisor folks and everyone else who has referred someone to me this year. (Especially in these tough economic times). We are seeing a lot more people and it is GREATLY appreciated by me and my staff. (We also have a bit longer wait when we are busy). (Tip: Come after 2pm). The menu has changed a little from the beginning of the season due to demand and space restrictions, but we always have crab! Check out Maxim Magazine this month! (August issue) We were mentioned as one of the top 77 meals to eat before you die!!! I have no idea how that came about, but very cool! In fact, you all usually come to me with articles that I had no idea where even written so THANK YOU! I have so many pictures I want to get posted, but it will have to wait until October when I have a bit more time. Keep sending them and check back later. Happy Fishing! Tracy 5/24/09 Happy Memorial Day! We have had crazy nice weather! More sun this month than all of last year! Thank you to all of the folks at Cruise Critic for sending people my way! Nice to see you... Also a thanks to Taiwan, Singapore and Mexico City! I am offering some new combo's this year. For under $20 you can try it all. (Well there is only 5 things on the menu anyway), but you have a taste of everything without any agonizing decisions. FRESH Dungeness coming soon! June 15th is the opening... Also, come July - Aug, I will be offering FRESH KING CRAB again! It's smaller but amazingly tasty and flown in Fresh each day! Never frozen! Literally off the boat, on a plane and here the next day....I will keep you posted on the opening. Please say Hello to my awesome staff: Allison, Kris, Megan & Cliff who are also working this summer! Thanks to all of the "crab lover troopers" who the rain doesn't deter! Especially to my ever-faithful crew members! Fresh King Crab will be here soon! The "crabbin" season starts in October. Stay tuned for the FRESH announcement. People often ask me which crab on the ordering site, is the crab I'm serving? It's called "Bristol Bay Alaskan King Crab". I am excited to have teamed up with my crab supplier in order to offer the quickest service and best prices on shipping. They have a lot of FRESH Alaska seafood to offer and do a great job getting it to you! T-shirts can be ordered by emailing me and I'll send them off to you. I have had a lot of requests for my King Crab Bisque. HOWEVER, due to the busy summer, I will have to wait for the off season to send out. Basically, I will ship Bisque Oct-April.
