“Shack Employee”: Front and Center food
service employee/performer. The guests
experience depends on your personality.
Must be friendly, outgoing, and energetic, like
to talk to people and tell stories. This is a fun
food service position so you will be cooking
while talking. Our food is top quality so
needs to be cooked accordingly.
This position requires organization and the
ability to handle many tasks at one time.
Some heavy lifting. (50 lbs) Follow cleaning
and food preparation according to DEC
regulations. Maintain cash register and credit
card sales. Keep track of daily maintenance
(tanks) and supplies.
